Privacy policy
What it will cover: what we collect (account details, the data you connect, usage), why (to run the service you asked for), the legal bases, how long we keep it, where it is stored, and your rights to access, export, correct and delete.
Commitments already decided: we never sell your data; we never train AI models on it; Google user data is used only under Google's Limited Use rules; children's data never goes to a hosted AI model; sensitive data can stay on your own Mac through the Gus Bridge.
Terms of service
What it will cover: accounts and households, plans and credits, fair use, your content and our licence to process it, acceptable use, the weekly-release and change-notice commitments, cancellation and refunds (14 days on annual plans, plus statutory rights in the EU and UK), liability and disputes.
Data processing agreement
For customers who need one, a standard data processing agreement with the usual clauses for transfers outside the UAE, UK and EU.
Sub-processors
A list of the hosting, payment, email and AI providers that process data on our behalf, with their purpose and region. Customers will be told before any new sub-processor is added.
Cookies
This pre-launch site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or trackers; its only outside requests are for web fonts from Google Fonts. It keeps a few preferences in your browser's local storage (theme, currency, renamed agents, roadmap votes); you can clear them from your browser at any time. The beta waitlist form sends your email and choices to our own server (a Cloudflare Worker and KV store, no third-party form service); we keep them only to run the beta, email you about it with one-click unsubscribe, and delete them on request.
Children
Children are never account holders. In Gus Family, a parent creates profiles for children and controls their access, Studio credits and safety settings. There is no advertising, ever.
